What are your delivery times?

Your order will be prepared for shipment within 2 working days.

As soon as your parcel leaves our logistics centres, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a link that allows you to track the progress of the shipment.  

 

Standard shipping usually takes 3–8 working days.

Does HEDONY ship internationnally?

HEDONY currently provides shipping to EU countries only.

 

However, we will open to new countries in the coming months. Subscribe to HEDONY to have the lattest updates when we start shipping to your destination.

We process orders quickly, so we will do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations before your order ships.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged, unused and unwashed items within 14 days of order delivery.

 

Absolutely try things on at home, but realize that we cannot take back undamaged items that have been worn.

 

Please leave tags in place and return in original packaging and/or polybag with all provided documents and accessories.

How long does a refund take to process?

Our returns center is located on the East Coast, so transit time may take up to 5 business days plus 2-3 days for receiving/inspection by our warehouse. Once we have your items checked in, we will send you a refund. Total you can expect anywhere from 7-14 days to see your refund. 
Exchanges are processed as soon as return items are checked in. In total, expect about 10-14 days for you to receive your replacement item. If you need a replacement item sooner, the fastest method is to place a new order and simply return your original item(s) for a refund.

Defective items

If your product is defective, please contact us. Our team will work with our brands and partner boutiques to replace the item, repair it, or work with you on an alternative solution. All replacements are at the discretion of our team, but know that we want you to be completely happy with your HEDONY purchase and will do everything we can to help.

How do I add a discount or promotion code?

You can add it to your order when moving through checkout. There will be a box on the right side of the screen above your order’s subtotal. Enter the code and your total will reflect the new amount. Our website allows one discount code per order. If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order. Discount codes are only applicable to “discountable” items. Exclusions include Gift Certificates, third party merchandise, and other items.

Can I return an item bought on sale?

We make very limited quantities of our product and sales don’t happen often. We can exchange sizes, availability permitting, or we can take back an item for store credit only. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for items purchased on sale. This includes items purchased using a discount code during any private sale (Black Friday, End of Season). Items purchased using the newsletter signup 10% discount code are the only exception to this policy.
