Changed your mind? No problem, some of our brands and partner boutiques allow order cancellations before the order is prepared.
Please note that if you have received an email indicating that your order is on its way, cancellation will not longer be possible, but you will be eligible for a return.
How to cancel your order
1/ Contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
2/ Indicate your order number, the items you want to cancel and your reason for cancellation.
3/ We'll email you confirmation of your cancelled order.
How to exchange an item
If you need an item in a different size or colour, please place a new order and simply return your original item. Once we receive it, we will credit you back.
Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of order delivery. A pre-paid return label will be provided for your return.
Absolutely try things on at home, but realize that we cannot take back undamaged items that have been worn.
Please leave tags in place and return in original packaging. Please also reuse the shipping material the item(s) arrived in.

As soon as your return has been received by our brand or partner boutique, we will inform you by email. We will process your return as quickly as possible and then arrange a refund to your original payment method.
If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on our website, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item.
Once your return has been received by our brand or partner boutique, it can take up to 7 business days to process.
When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
