How do I receive HEDONY email updates?

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

Follow the forgot your password link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

How do I place an order on HEDONY?

1/ Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific activity, style or brand.

 

2/ Select your desired item and click Add to cart or Buy it now. Once you've added all items, it's time to Checkout.

 

3/ If you already have an account, please Log in. If you don't, you can create one here. or you can always continue via our guest checkout.

 

4/ Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to place your order. We'll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and sent to you.

How do I know if my order has gone through?

1/ After a successful order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.

 

2/ You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account. Your order number, order information and fulfillment status will be available at any time.

 

3/ Once your order is sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also track your order by heading to our tracking page.

Why was my order cancelled?

HEDONY products are loved by our customers. Therefore, certain items go out of stock quickly - sometimes even before you have completed your order. In this case, we regret that we have to cancel your order.

 

Needless to say, at HEDONY we will under no circumstances charge you for items that have been cancelled our team or brand and boutique partners. If you have already made a payment, it will be refunded to you immediately.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Changed your mind? No problem, some of our brands and partner boutiques allow order cancellations before the order is prepared.

 

Please note that if you have received an email indicating that your order is on its way, cancellation will no longer be possible, but you will be eligible for a return.

Why do I encounter an address problem at checkout?

If you are unable to checkout and see the error message below:

"This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again."

 

This means that at least one of your items is not eligible to ship to your destination. Unfortunately, some of our brands and partner stores may have special shipping requirements and constraints and are not able to ship to your address.

If your order contains multiple brands, you can try again by removing one of the brands from your cart.
