Which countries does HEDONY deliver to?

HEDONY currently delivers to all countries within the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

 

HEDONY will soon expand to new markets.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

After you have placed an order, our brands and partner boutiques have 2 business days to process your order. Depending on your location and selected delivery method, it can take 2-7 business days for your parcel to arrive.

 

We always aim to deliver your parcel within the time specified, but sometimes there may be delays due to customs clearance or failed payments.

 

If you have shopped items from multiple brands or locations, you may receive more than one parcel.

How much are the shipping costs for an order?

We offer a unique shipping fee, whether you order from one or more brands or partner boutiques. Orders over 300€ will benefit from free shipping.  
 
Exceptionally, some brands and partner stores may charge higher shipping fees due to the distant origin of their products and may not take part in our free shipping offer. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

How do I know where my parcel is?

After you have placed an order, we will email you with all the details. Our brands and partner boutiques have 2 business days to process your order. Once your order is sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also track your order by heading to our tracking page.

 

If you have shopped items from multiple brands or locations, you may receive more than one parcel and you will have to track each parcel separately.

Why is my order incomplete?

If you have shopped items from multiple brands or locations, you may receive more than one parcel.

 

Once each parcel is sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also track your order by heading to our tracking page.

 

We always aim to deliver your package within the time specified, but sometimes there may be delays due to customs clearance or failed payments.

If your order is still incomplete after a 10-days period, you may contact our Customer Service team for further information.

What can I do if I receive the wrong item?

Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and process a full refund.

Why do I encounter an address problem at checkout?

If you are unable to checkout and see the error message below:

"This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again."

 

This means that at least one of your items is not eligible to ship to your destination. Unfortunately, some of our brands and partner stores may have special shipping requirements and constraints and are not able to ship to your address.

If your order contains multiple brands, you can try again by removing one of the brands from your cart.
