General case

If your location of delivery is within the European Union, we include the cost of import duties, customs, and taxes in your order. The price you see at checkout is the price you'll pay and there are no additional delivery fees.

The items you order correspond to this general case if there is no specification to international shipping displayed on the product pages.

International Shipping

Exceptionnally, some of our brand partners ship products from outside of the European Union and import duties, customs, and taxes may not be included as indicated on the product pages.

You will be responsible for all import duties, customs, and taxes. These will be due at or after the point of the delivery. Please note that HEDONY does not have any control over the duties, customs and taxes applied by the country to which your order is shipped. We cannot tell you what the cost will be, as these charges may vary by country.

If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in EUR at a competitive exchange rate.

If you pay by debit card, credit card, or PayPal, HEDONY will take payment when you place your order.
