Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the HEDONY and designer tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories and authenticity cards/dust bags.

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.


Sale items
Products on sale cannot be returned unless the product(s) arrived damaged or faulty when delivered to you.


Lingerie & Swimwear
Lingerie and swimwear products must be returned with the protective adhesive strip and in unopened and undamaged packaging, where applicable.
Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.


Bags & Accessories
All designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags where provided should be included with your return, and placed inside a protective box when returned.
Please handle light-colored bags and accessories carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.


When trying on shoes, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. Please return all items including the dust bag and shoebox. The shoebox forms part of the product and should remain intact by placing in outer packaging when sending back to us otherwise, it will not be accepted.


These exquisite pieces must be returned to us unworn with the presentation box, protective packaging and any HEDONY/designer cards, tags or documents provided with it.


Gift cards
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. 


Made-to-order items
Due to the nature of made-to-order items, and the fact they have been specially created for you, we cannot accept returns unless the items are damaged or faulty when delivered to you.


We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on HEDONY as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.


Late returns
Your product(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving you order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of HEDONY.


Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.


Please note: 

  • We only take back items that you have purchased from the official HEDONY online shop. 
  • If you have purchased an item elsewhere, please return it to or exchange it at the place where you bought it.

In case your return doesn’t comply with our return policy and is not accepted, as an alternative to us providing you with a refund, you may choose to have the product(s) sent back to you at your own expense.


We monitor the number of returns and reserve the right to close your HEDONY account or restrict future orders if your return behaviour is in breach of our Returns Policy or our Terms & Conditions.
